#1 - Time your first round and see if you can improve your time each day
#2 - Increase the number of rounds you do each day
#3 - Reverse the sequence on alternate days
#4 - Add a push up to the burpee
#5 - Double up on each exercise so for example you will end up doing 100 Jumping Jacks
#6 - Pyramid your round
#7 - Reverse pyramid
