Day 4 WOD

20:19 EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute)

20 squats every minute for 19 minutes

Since it is 2019 thought would make the new year a part of the workout of the day.

For this WOD you simply start the timer on 0, press go and complete 20 squats (any style - you choose) as fast as you can. When completed stop and wait for the timer to get to 1min and then go again

So you are effectively doing 20 squats every minute on the minute for a total of 19 min
