Day 9 WOD

9 exercises : 9 repetitions: 9 round

Push up Star jump Overhead sit up Mountain climb Air squat

Tricep dip Box jump Crab crawl Full squat

Then 9min run/jog at the end

So today we have 9 exercises, each one we do 9 times each and repeat this for 9 rounds and finish with a 9min jog/run
