800m run/walk 80 lunges 700m run/walk 70 sit up 600m run/walk 60 mountain climb 500m run/walk 50 second plank 400m run/walk 40 tricep dip 300m run 30 box jump/step 200m run/walk 20 pushup or handstand pushup (any type) 100m run/walk 10 min stretch

Tip: take kids with you, head out for run/walk and do exercises along the way
