7 air punches 7 burpee 7 high knee 7 get up sit up 7 full/frog squat 7 overhead situps 7 jumping Jack's
With this workout we try complete as many rounds as possible of a group of exercises in a set time, which is 17min for this one.
Feel free to post up how many rounds you complete, this is something I am already sh***ing myself with and dreading what I might do.
