Day 4 WOD
Total Body EMOM Every minute on the minute we do a number of an exercise
5min 20 kettlebell swings * * can use tyre, dumbell, free weight, milk bottle of sand or water
5min 20 box jump/step
5min 10 pull up or jump up pullup
5min 20 sit ups or full sit ups
5min 20 push up
5min 8 burpee * * 1/2 burpee is allowed
5min 12 single arm kettlebell snatches* *can use dumbell, weight, tyre, milk bottle with sand,
