06 reps each exercise 02 rounds of W.A.I.T.A.N.G.I D.A.Y 19min cardio at the end

W...walkout pushup A...air squat with weight I...in we bring the "burpee" T...toes to bar (your favourite) A...a "pushup" please N...no, but yes "box jumps" G...get up sit up I...into "jumping jacks"

D...downward dog to cobra (yoga move)** A...a kettlebell single arm snatch (6 each arm) Y...your fastest sprint (in 6sec)

Repeat the above 2 x

Then

19min cardio at the end
