S...squats (butt to heel) E...every second box jump or step (for 21sec) V...v-sit ups E...every second jumping jack (for 21sec) N...nose to floor push up

D...dumbell (any weight) swings A...air squats with weight Y...yard sprint 21sec S...snatches with weight

T...toes 2 bar O...overhead walking lunges

G...go the burpee O...obilique twist each side 21
