Kettlebell workout Can use weight, tyre, dumbell, med ball, milk bottle filled with sand, sandbags...be creative
10 kettlebell exercises : 1min each exercise KB swings KB overhead squat KB situps KB burpee KB obilque twist KB single arm snatches KB airsquat KB pushup (hands on KB) KB walking lunge with oblique twist KB side plank alternating sides
